FACTS AND RULES
*Check in is at 3PM
*Check out is at 11AM
*Wifi in Main Lodge
*You will need to bring your own feed, hay, and tack for your horse(s).
*It is advisable to bring a raincoat, rubber boots, and water and feed bucket(s).
*We have 2 centrally located dump stations.
*All scheduled events are limited to registered guests only.
*Labor Day, Memorial Day, and 4th of July are considered holiday weekends.
*Dog owners will be held financially responsible for any damages your dog may cause.
*Dogs must remain on a leash at all times.
*Shower/restroom facilities are equipped with mirrors, sinks, and electrical outlets.
*Quiet time is between 11:00 pm - 6:00 am for everyone
* No Night Riding
*No running horses on the property of Valley Springs Fox Trotters or Brushy Creek Lodge
* 10 MPH for all vehicles on Brushy Creek Property
*Reservations are strongly suggested for all of our services.
*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO BRUSHY CREEK LODGE
Deposits are made as full or partial payment(s) based on total cost of entire stay. Visit cost may be paid in any number of increments at $3.00 charge per transaction. Payments are accepted via Check or Credit Card. All Credit Card transactions have a service charge of 3.5%. All reservation deposits must be paid within 7 days of making the reservation. The balance is due at checkout. With the exception of "scheduled events", payments are100% refundable until 14 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refundable 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable.
SPECIAL EVENT REFUNDS
Due to large volume of reservations for scheduled events, the cancellation policy for events listed on our website's "upcoming events" schedule must be cancelled 30 days prior to check-in. **Cancellations for these events made less than 30 days prior to intended arrival forfeit your entire deposit** NO EXCEPTIONS! **All rates are subject to a 5.725% Tax**
